Meetings of deans with international students who are completing their studies this year are held at each faculty of the university as part of the implementation of one of the areas of the Priority 2030 programme for developing the export potential of Russian education.
The first events have been held for graduates of the Law Faculty, the Faculty of Economics and Management, the Faculty of Physics, Mathematics and Engineering Technology, and the Faculty of Digital Technologies and Cybersecurity.
The meetings were organized by the Directorate of International Affairs together with the Directorate for Pre-University Training & Students Admission and faculty deans.
The event organizers told the students about the master’s programmes implemented at Astrakhan State University, emphasizing the special advantages of master’s graduates in the modern labour market. Master’s studies are the foundation for the development of managerial careers and scientific activities and provide broad opportunities to participate in international student mobility programmes.
Upon results of the meetings, the students passed a questionnaire, where they reflected their intentions to continue their education, and could ask all the questions they were interested in
