Oksana Mineva has made a presentation at the plenary session of the national research and practice conference with international participation “Innovative Educational Technologies as a Tool for Developing Region’s Intellectual Potential”.
The event was held at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University named after Kh.M. Berbekov within the framework of the Priority 2030 programme.
In her report “University of the Future in the Paradigm of the VUCA World”, the professor of the Department of Management of Astrakhan State University revealed the shortcoming of the existing approach in education — the main added value of the training of a qualified specialist falls on the enterprises of the real economy.
“A teacher, isolated from the advanced scientific frontier, becomes an involuntary brake for the training of a specialist of the future,” Oksana Mineva emphasized.
A new educational model was presented based on these findings; it allows universities to reproduce a significant part of the added value of training a specialist of the future.
