First Fruits: ASU Initiatives Enter Top-1000 Strong Ideas for the New Times

Astrakhan Tatishchev State University has started receiving the results of the selection of projects submitted to the all-Russia forum of 2022. So far, two projects have gained expert support, and both of them are being developed in the logic of the Priority 2030 programme.

The expert selection was successfully overcome by:

  • Aleksey Titov, Vice-Rector for Digitalization, Innovations and Priority Projects, project “Russia’s Global Priority in the World Ocean (Marine Marker)”;
  • Aleksey Rybakov, Director of the Institute of Physics and Mathematics, project “Digital Platform for the International North-South Transport Corridor”.

According to the organizers of the 2022 Strong Ideas for the New Times Forum, these developments were included in the top-1000 out of 14,767 forum ideas based on an assessment of scale, novelty, maturity, relevance, investment attractiveness and the level of project planning.

The Agency for Strategic Initiatives and the Roscongress Foundation recommend providing Aleksey Titov and Aleksey Rybakov with potential support in the implementation of their initiatives. Now they have to go through the improvement stage and compete for the next step — the top-200.
