Going Beyond Standard Approaches: ASU Team Attends Strong Ideas for the New Times

Right now, Moscow is hosting the on-site part of the forum which has brought together leaders and experts in economics, technological and social development, NGOs, education, the urban environment, as well as government officials and enthusiastic citizens for joint design, collection and broad discussion of ideas and projects.

The Strong Ideas for the New Times

Forum has not only managed to gather a large number of unique initiatives on one single platform, but also focused the attention of participants on goals and tasks that are significant for the State and related to its HR and technological sovereignty.

Representatives of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University are also taking part in the event. The team representing our region at the forum includes Deputy Chairman of the Government of Astrakhan Region Kazbek Khadikov, Rector of ASU Konstantin Markelov, Vice-Rector for Digitalization, Innovation and Priority Projects Aleksey Titov, Acting Director of the Institute of Physics & Mathematics Aleksey Rybakov, and a public representative of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in Astrakhan Region Aleksandr Soloviev. The ASU team attends panel sessions of the forum, where they communicate with experts and idea leaders.

It should be noted that compared to 2020, when the first forum took place, the efficiency of initiatives submitted by the staff and students of Astrakhan State University has significantly increased. According to the results of the expert selection, five projects entered the top 1000, and two of them entered the top 200. It is also significant that the ideas proposed by the university are subprojects of the Priority 2030 strategic projects, which confirms the ambitiousness of ASU goals.
