Konstantin Markelov: “It’s Important That Young Project Authors Are Heard”

The rector of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University, heading the delegation of the university, attended the Strong Ideas for the New Times forum and took part in the plenary session chaired by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It should be reminded that ASU is the Astrakhan Region’s leader in terms of the number of projects submitted to the expert commission. Five of them made it to the top 1000 and two — to the top 500.

During the on-site stage of the forum, the team of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University attended panel sessions, where they had the opportunity to communicate with experts and idea leaders, get recommendations for further promotion and commercialization of their projects.

According to the rector of ASU, absolutely all initiatives proposed by the regions deserve support and recognition, regardless of inclusion in the top ranking.

The rector of ASU also noted the utmost importance of the fact that the best projects of the university were created on the basis of work within the Priority 2030 strategic development programme.
