ASU Is Preparing for Priority 2030 September Report

Elina Polyanskaya, the First Vice-Rector — Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, reported on the implementation of the planned activities at another meeting of the Academic Council of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University.

This September, the university is going to report on the results of work under the Priority 2030 programme at a meeting of the commission of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The purpose of Elina Polyanskaya’s report was preliminary assessment of the implementation of the main tracks and strategic projects and, if necessary, their adjustment.

The first vice-rector — vice-rector for strategic development told her colleagues about the results achieved during the implementation of the programme in the main areas — educational and scientific activities of the university, digital transformation, youth innovative entrepreneurship, youth and HR policy; she also presented a financial model of the university and general indicators of efficiency and performance of the programme.

Elina Polyanskaya particularly dwelled on the results of the work on the university’s strategic projects. The teams opened and modernized laboratories, developed additional professional advanced training programmes, new specialist and master’s programs; work is underway on launching double-degree programmes, creating consortia and holding forums and conferences.

Besides, the Academic Council made decisions on adjustments to some sections of the development programme of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University for 2021–2030 in accordance with the recommendations of the commission (subcommittee) of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the expert recommendations upon the results of the project and analytical session, held on February 24–26, 2022 at the university.
